This site is run on behalf of Daliso Chaponda. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

If you join the mailing list, we store your email address, and, if you request them, a note that you want the free book chapters. We don’t collect anything else about you, and we don’t use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Solely to send you gig announcements and, if you asked for it, the free chapters of the book once available. We never sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it’s stored

Your data is stored with Supabase in the EU (London region). Emails are sent via Resend, our email delivery provider, acting only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, and your details are removed from future mailings immediately.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll sort it.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. The admin area (used only by Daliso’s team) sets one strictly necessary, functional login cookie required to keep you signed in. Nothing else.
