As seen and heard on Have I Got News For You (BBC), The Royal Variety Performance (ITV), Britain's Got Talent (ITV), QI (BBC2), The News Quiz (BBC Radio 4) and The Now Show (BBC Radio 4), Daliso Chaponda has built a reputation as one of Britain's sharpest comic voices, with more than 300 million online views of stand-up performances.

Daliso shot to fame on Britain's Got Talent, reaching the final of the 2017 series and becoming a firm favourite with judges and public alike. Daliso created and hosts the Rose d'Or-nominated BBC Radio 4 series Citizen of Nowhere, now four series deep, and co-hosts the podcast Firing Blanks.

Daliso has performed at festivals across Edinburgh, Melbourne, Singapore, and Cape Town, and completed three sold-out UK tours to strong critical acclaim. Daliso's latest show, Topical Storm, is a show not about the news, but about news itself.

Beyond comedy, Daliso is a published fiction author with science fiction, mystery, and fantasy work in various anthologies, and is currently developing a novel and a children's book.
